A nice 'fuck you' is always welcome.

I don't know.. it depends on who I'm greeting. If it's just one of my friends then I will probably do some kind of gangsta slap of the hands.. If it's a female friend then most likely a quick hug or an extended hug if I haven't seen her in a while.. if it's someone I don't know then they can fuck off unless they extend their hand first.. I might shake it.

Though for certain females I'll throw a quick, one armed hug in to it.

If I'm being introduced to someone then it's a small grin/smile and nod unless they put their hand out.

My friends that I see all the time I just say hi. Friends that I haven't seen in a while I usually shake hands. Chick friends usually a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Once I get drunk all those rules go out the window though, but atleast I'm no as bad as one of my mates who once he gets drunk greets people by licking them on the face.

Depends, if its another guy I will most probabally nod,say hi or shake hands, but if it is a female a hug, depending how close I am to that particular girl the hug will last longer, or maybe even a kiss.
If it's someone I dislike it'd be along the lines of just a "Hi".
