Personalised number plates

Does anyone here have a personalised number plate on their car,

for example does Danny D drive around in DBL D 1 or does Tom Dogg cruise the streets in DOGG69 or so on?

I have always wanted one, but they absolutely screw you in Massachusetts for them.

There are different types as well.

We have the personalized license plates, but we also have like Red Sox plates, Bruins plates and Patriots plates as well. They are not personal, they just show your support of the teams.

The team ones are a one time fee of like 100 bucks, plus an extra 15 bucks each year to keep it.

The personalized ones are over 100 bucks a year.

We can also only have 7 letters and there must be at least 2 numbers in the plate as well. It also cant start with a number.

Therefore most of the good stuff is taken.

A kid I went to High school with had the number 4 as his plate (Modestino for bmoney)

You don't have to have a number in it, at least not here in New York since I have seen license plates with just letters.

I wouldn't want one, why waste so much money(the one time fee, plus an extra amount every year) just to have something personal that most people probably won't understand?

My uncle has CUBFAN1 or something like that.

Whenever I'm in the car with him people yell, strangely enough, CUB FAN ONE!!!!!!!!!

My friend Bobbie has "PoopC". She was horrified when her parents bought it for her. Now we all call her Poopcie.

I saw a number plate the other day which read C1TY GK which makes me think I saw David James's car.
