What do you begrudge paying for?

For me there are a few things that I really begrudge having to shell out my hard earned cash for. I can think of the following examples -

Council Tax This is a tax we have to pay on top of our normal "wage" taxes, it's a tax that is supposedly for all the services that local councils provide for us and is based, kind of, on how big and how costly your house it and it sucks.

Public Toilets shouldn't this be part of our council tax? Shouldn't public toilets be free since the alternative is just pissing in the street. Is that what they want??

Prescriptions Adults have to pay for their GP's (doctors) prescriptions over here. Of course if we don't then we get really ill and have to go to the hospital which would then cost the taxpayer (since we have, just about, the National Health Service that means technically this shouldn't cost us, but is obviously an expense to tax payers)

Condoms Condoms are free if you go to Family Planning clinics for them, but what 15 year old banging his 15 year old g/f is going to go there to get them?? They should all be free, always.

I've ordered free condoms online just recently. I don't have a problem buying them, but free is free. They should be all free but it'll never happen.

I guess I don't like paying car insurrance. It sucks. Way too much money each month and I drive as slow as a friggin' old lady. I'm never going to fuck up a car. It's bullshit.
