I see people with Down Syndrome working at the local grocery stores. If they can work anyone can.

They are perfectly fine to smoke weed, perfectly fine to drink.
Seems like they could bag some groceries if they really wanted to.

For one they can smoke weed, ok what if they can't stand for long periods of time they can't work any minimum wage job then.
What if they have eye problems?
You don't know this stuff, instead of thinking that they are just takign advantage of the system, consider they may actually need the system so they do not end up on the street begging you for 50 cents so they can buy themselves a chocolate bar which will have to feed them for the day.

The people I speak of, I've known for long periods of time. Trust me they can work. Anyway, there are plenty of people who take advantage of the system. If these people are going to have it even easier that is going to piss me off. Pretty simple...
