Voted Libz but the quebecois aren't quite ready to accept Dion, I hope he stays as leader the dude is beyond brilliant he just needs to polish his english like Harper polished his anger. Give Dion a year and he'll be the next Lester B Pearson!

Oddly enough, I didn't hear about the results until I came here. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

YAY HARPER.
I'm actually just happy he won because he wants to get rid of that stupid youth justice shit. I always found it an insult to protect some dickheaded kid who killed someone. I'm pretty sure a teenager knows what happens when you point a loaded gun at someone so I don't see why they should protect some asshole just because he's not an adult yet.
I always wanted them to put some idiot kids' picture in the paper so I could spit on him and kick his ass if I ever saw him on the streets in my city.

Stephen Harper is evil evil evil shit.
He wants to abolish funding for the arts, which is unprecedented and beyond disgusting.
Honestly, I don't mind yesterday's results as much as some of my friends, if only because we at least kept the Tories from a majority; if they ever get one, really crazy shit is gonna start happening.

So to you it makes sense to put away a 14 year old for 25 years (life sentence) and then he gets out at 39 and is completely fucked up, no social skills, most likely hateful of the world and fearful of people....I completely understand.

So to you, it's okay to let some teenager kill someone and then protect him as if he's someone special and act as if he didn't know the loaded gun would go off when he squeezed the trigger that was aimed at someone. Wow. I hardly give a damn how fucked him his life afterwards would be. It's his own fault for being a moron in the first place.
I'm pretty sure that if some 15 year old punk shot and killed someone in your family, you wouldn't want him to be protected.

Re: Today's federal election (for the Canucks of WC)
I'd rather we spent the money that would go to him being in jail spent on rehabiliation, bc he'll come out of jail when he's 40 and be fucked and most likely commit another crime.
I'd rather instead of putting him in jail for 25 years as a teenager who is a victim of his birth (can't choose if you're born in a bad area with lots of gangs), we put money towards programs that can deter him from doing such crimes in the first place, and if he does commit a crime that we don't incacerate him for 25 years and totally fuck him up and make him even more useless to society instead we put him in programs that are proven to work and make it so he can be productive.
