It's actually question number 2 for Massachusetts. Wooo Hooo!!! I have no idea if it will pass or not, but the Boston Herald did a story recently that said that Boston has the highest per capitia habitual marijuana smokers that anyone else in the US.
I imagine the stoners will get off the couch for this vote.
If passed you will only be fined up to 100 dollars if you have anything less than an ounce on you.

I think if someone is smoking Heroin or Meth, then a line should be drawn. The only drugs I'm against are:
Cocaine, Crack, Meth, Heroin, Inhalants & Ecstasy.
Simply because Heroin & Coke are so addictive and I couldn't stand watching someone waste away because of addiction, and Meth really fucks up how you look, X because it is just such an impure drug and Inhalants because they shut down part of your brain.
I'm not for passing out prescription medication either though.
DXM, GHB, Salvia, Alcohol, Datura, Mushrooms, LSD, PCP, Tobacco, Ketamine, Cannabis, DMT, Ibogaine, Mescaline, Peyote, Bufotenin.... Go right ahead.

All of those states have decriminalized it. The penalty for possession of less than 100 g is a minor misdemeanor with a $100 fine.
