I smoked weed for the first time a few weeks ago and to be honest I didn't find the effects to be that major, no worse than alcohol.
I say Legalize it. The only reason it is probably illegal in most countries is because most people could grow it themselves, therefore the government can't make any money off it.

I've smoked weed quite a bit for the last three years and only once have I ever seen someone get super sick (throwing up) from smoking and that was from an ice bong.
Now I've seen people throw up from alcohol plenty of times, myself include last night.
Weed is miles safer than alcohol in every aspect.

I say legalize marijuana. We already have medical marijuana legal, so why legalize marijuana all together? We got people growing it, selling it for cash money, frying their brains and killing their lungs, let them get their way.

Only certain states have legalized marijuana for medical use. The Federal Government still considers marijuana illegal for any kind of use, including medical. The still can, and have, busted clinics selling medical marijuana who are authorized by the State of California to do so.

Well, it can also induce paranoia and such in some, but I'll still definitely agree with you on this.

Cocaine, Crack, Meth, Heroin, Inhalants & Ecstasy. Nothing can convince me that those should be legal. Those are my 6 point of no return drugs. They are just fucking horrible IMO.
Your arguements about DXM, GHB, Salvia, Alcohol, Datura, Mushrooms, LSD, PCP, Tobacco, Ketamine, Cannabis, DMT, Ibogaine, Mescaline, Peyote and Bufotenin however....
1. I dunno why I would say GHB should be legal but It's better off being not.
2. There should be a certain type of DXM made for recreational purposes for those over 18. You should have to have a special license to buy it though. (ex. From like an education course about the dangers of it.)
3. Salvia should stay how it is. Legal.
4. The Alcohol age should be lowered to 19. (just because it would eliminate the need to go to Canada to get drunk and would eliminate 99% of people, who would go to school wasted, from going to school wasted.)
5. There should be education about Datura. I've heard that people have been dying from that. I've tried it 3 times and every time was worse then the one before it. I say keep it legal though. Education about it would save alot of greif.
6. Mushrooms should be legalized and cultivated available to anyone over 16. (16 year olds aren't allowed) to eliminate anyone from taking any death caps.
7. LSD should be available to anyone 21 and over.
8. PCP in exceptionally low qualities should be legalized. Perhaps 20% percent of what is used on a typical joint or cigarette now should be marketed.
9. Ehh... just because there's so much backlash about it, I don't think Ketamine would really be necessary. Save it for the Veterinarians.
10. Cannabis should be legal to anyone 16 and over.
11. DMT should be legal to anyone 21 and over, but not supplied.
12. Ibogaine should be legal to anyone 21 and over, but not supplied.
13. Mescaline should be marketed to anyone 21 and over with a special license.
14. Peyote legalization would probably piss the Native Americans off because people are going around stealing their 'Holy Plant' or whatever. Better off staying how it is.
15. Bufotenin, legalize it but don't supply it.

I personally have never tried and of the 6 "point of no return drugs" that you mentioned below, but I have smoked more than my fair share of other things. (I never go into detail in posts......pleading the 5th as owner of the site, but ask around its pretty well known)
Mary Jane should be treated differently because of one simple reason. Its not a man created chemical. Its one ingredient that grows out of the ground that God created for us (or Allah etc whoever floats your religious boat).
LSD and PCP are EXTREMELY EXTREMELY dangerous drugs. They make you freaking halluciate. This can effect every person around that drug user and could be potentially fatal.
I could go on and on and on, but I have to get the little ones ready for school.
