Went down the gym this morning and did 20mins on a treadmill and then 10mins on a bike.
They are starting me off slowly and as soon as i drop some weight i shall be doing weights and other bits to get myself into shape for my hopeful career in pro wrestling.
Never know, one day, Wrestlemania 35 main event, Michael James {My Wrestling Name} v Chris Masters.

Try swimming if you have a pool easily available. I started swimming laps every day, after I work out. It's really relaxing, and you'll start seeing results really quickly.
I think there is a pool in town which i'll probably go to.
Not gone to the gym today because i don't normally do anything on a monday.
Tomorrow i will be and probably with my mum as well. Going to be going walking as well with my grandad because he's always out and about.

Went on a walk with my Grandad and walked 10 miles over pretty much all terrain, hills. mud, roads, Everything!
Wasn't as tired though as i thought i would be but my knee's and ankles are just so sore now its unbelievable.

Keep it up Mikk. That's the thing that kills it for most people. They start to hurt and ache everyday and then they quit. You have to drive past it and when you start seeing results, changes in your body, it'll become an addiction to progress.
