Crying Real Men Don't Cry.....Do They?

Alright men. Time to fess up. Are you much of a crier? (sp?) Does just the sight of a cuddly little poodle just make you weepy? Or perhaps there's a movie you watch that gets you teary-eyed. Hey, it doesn't matter if you're sensitive. Let's have a session and discuss it.

I'm sure Simon shed a few tears when the Red Sox won the series in '04. Hey, it's okay, we're here for you.

So go grab a beer, scratch yourself, watch some porn then come back here and tell us what makes you cry....be it a movie, thing, memory, or whatever else.

Re: Real Men Don't Cry.....Do They?

I've shed quite a few tears recently actually thanks to pretty bad arguments with my girlfriend. Seems like everytime I think we're just about to get back on track something stupid happens and we're at each others throats again and not in a good way either!

That's pretty much the only time thesedays besides close relatives' funerals and the like obviously.

Peace Sells...But Who's Buying!?

Re: Real Men Don't Cry.....Do They?

I was shedding some tears when my grandmother passed away a few weeks ago.

I would say im someone who isnt afraid to cry, ya i would try my hardest not to, especially in public, but I feel that its ok for men to cry. As long as they dont over do it lol.

Re: Real Men Don't Cry.....Do They?

Agreed with you two. Of course at funerals I will shed a tear or two. My wife and I haven't gotten into really any knock-down, drag-out fights, so no crying there for me.

There are a few movies I will say that make me cry. "Field of Dreams" definitely is one for me, at the end when the dad and son are playing catch, and also "Life as a House" is pretty touching movie, but a good one nonetheless.

I definitely cried when my Dad passed away and there are still times that memories about him come to me that make me cry.

That is another movie I cried during as well! It was at the time when my own dog passed away, so it was tough to watch.

Same, my dog bandit who was 13 at the time had to be put down about a week before I watched the movie. Which kind of made it worse lol

Re: Real Men Don't Cry.....Do They?

The last time I cried, I was drunk and high and dropped my house keys into the darkness.. I had forgot to put the porch light on before I left.

I don't usually cry over much, but there's certain situations where a guy should be allowed to let loose.
