So to the ladies...or men with ladies in their lives.

How bad is it when it's that "Time of the month"? I realize some girls don't like talking about this...but you have the safety of the interweb between you so we won't laugh and snicker.

But..how are you around that time: an absolute bitch, an emotional wreck, a hungry fiend, or something else? Or maybe it doesn't really phase you. Gentleman..how do you "survive" when your woman is visiting with her Aunt? Do you choose to run away, bitch with them, give them lots of hugs...or what?

Also from the ladies, I'd love to hear what men could do to make this time a little easier for them. Nothing's worse than hearing your woman say "I want a chili hot dog...NOW!!!!" And then when you agree to go get one: "What? You want me to get fat, a-hole????"

haha. My wife and I call her "Aunt Flo" as well. Thats funny.

I have learned being with my wife for 86 years now when its coming. Her mood changes and she tends to clean alot. I just try to not add fuel to her fire and understand that its just Flo that is making her a bit pissy for a few days.

Not fun, but it could be worse.

I stand waaaaaaaaaay back and let her be a collosal bitch for a few days. Used to be a source of many many fights until I realized aunt flo is a raunchy old bitch with no reguard for us men .

Anyway, Mrs. Jayman doesn't get bitchy per se...more just emotional. I'll walk in the room and she'll just be crying. My first instinct: Crap..what the hell did I do?

I'll ask her and she'll just be crying for the wierdest reason. "I dropped a potato chip". Okay honey, but is that really worth your tears?

I usually just grab her a glass of wine and say, "Drink up", then walk to the other side of the house and hide there for about an hour.

Like the three of you after 5 years I have learned to know when it's coming.

It reminds me of the old episode of Roseanne where Dan comes in the kitchen looks at the kids and says "What's wrong with you all?! Don't you know what day it is?!"

Then he proceeds to mime P M S like the village people doing YMCA.

I just remember the little boy going "OMG!" and falling out of his chair and then everyone vacated the house leaving the husband alone with her.

My reaction is similar to you all....I hide in the back with the kids and wait it out. She usually sleeps a lot during this time so it makes it easier too.

With one of my ex-Girlfriends i must have said something wrong. I knew it was that time then one day she stopped talking to me & didnt say a single word to me for nearly a week. Still dont know what i said wrong

Uhh with my current girlfriend that's normally the time when I'm "working on papers" or "writing an essay." It's pretty easy to tell after the first time her voice gets low when she's on "Aunt Flo." So I can tell when she calls. Other than that it's just mostly her yelling at me and me just kinda sitting there "listening"

I've noticed extreme irritability with some girls. One moment they're fine, then BOOM, they're about to rip out your jugular.

I've noticed the same thing, only at all times, with girls who are on the pill. Not only that, but they get fat. Don't let your woman go on the pill. Get the shot. It's much better.
