Police re-arrest man accused of locking girl in kennel

In 2005, a St. Paul man was sentenced to 90 days in jail for locking his girlfriend's then 11-year-old daughter in a dog kennel to discipline her. Now, 41-year-old Eric Bare has been arrested again.

St. Paul police officials say Bare was arrested on Wednesday, on a sexual assault charge allegedly against the same girl he admitted keeping in a kennel back in 2005.

Bare and his 34-year-old girlfriend, Deborah Cameron, were both charged in February of 2005 with unreasonable restraint of a child.

In April of that year, Cameron reached a plea deal to have a second count of unreasonable restraint dismissed in exchange for her testimony against Bare, who pleaded guilty two months later served his time and was placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay the cost of any future counseling the young victim may need.

At the time, Bare told Child Protection Services he and Cameron put the girl in the chain-link dog pen to discipline her, and they used the kennel as an example of what would happen if she continued her behavior, according to court papers.

This is sick IMO, Fuck jail just do the death penalty on his sorry ass. People like this dont even deserve to live...I mean come on putting a girl in a dog kennal to punish her and the fact that hes a sexual molester....fuckin idiot...Thoughts, Comments....

while i strongly disagree with him beign sent to jail bc of sexual charges i cant say i dont completely disagree with him in locking the daughter in a dog kennel now we dont exactly know what she was doing but if she was being a total bitch of a daughter and a timeout wasnt enough it would scare tehs hit out of her and probably teach her a decent lesson

^^ dude she is only 11 years old, they act out some time but thats no reason for him to lock her up in a kennal, Hes an adult, thats the way kids are sometimes, You just have to have pations(SP?)

th man i work with kids from ages 5-14 trust me after 2 weeks of seeing these kids every day all the time youll want to lock them into a dog kennel at the very least
