Theres this girl I really like... I mean, really, I think im in...love 0.o, but shes so hot, were good friends, but she has a bf, and the other guy she likes she can get, and im quite upset by it, because people dont appreciate her. What should I do?

dont go out with her...its easy if you go out and break up your friendship is gone
a friendship is always better than a relationship and dont risk a friendship just to get some action

Not to be mean but she has a boyfriend, there is no point for you trying to get her. But if you really want to take your chances, ask her to a dance or somthing.
