Verizon ain't too good at Maths

Verizon Bad Math - Putfile.com

This is one hour and 40 minutes of a phonecall to Verizon customer services. Basically the guy has been quoted 0.002 cents per kilobyte but has been charged 0.002 dollars per kilobyte.

The thick people at Verizon can't see the difference. The manager gets involved. She doesn't get it either. I haven't listened to it all yet so I don't know if he succeeds in drilling anything into their heads. But it's worth a listen.
