It's just a sad thing. How many times do I have to turn in to the news and see something like this? It's now at the point where I don't feel safe at almost any public place cause you never know now, and for my future kids, I will be scared to let them go to school. It's just sad.

Speaking for myself, a fight is the last thing I want and I will go to almost any length to avoid one.

We are focusing on the wrong issue here. The bully should be the one people look to as being abnormal and wrong, not the person being bullied.

As long as we live in a society that accepts bullying as part of childhood, we wil continue to have messed up people like this.

Some white kid from Nebraska?? Yeah I bet it would be extremely hard to get a gun illegally. That's the same argument as "Well, Heroin and LSD should be legal, you know how easy I could get it anyhow?"

I don't think I could get a gun illegally as easily as I could walk into wallmart and pick up a shotgun and wait the grace period.

Also Dak. Bullying is a fact of freaking life. It has happened since the beginning of time and will live on forever. I am not saying I condone it by any means, but people will always get picked on as long as they allow it. It empowers the bully.

I wanted to get back on the topic, but you are about as wrong as wrong gets if you ask me.

The police just released information that he stole the gun from his stepfather......so yeah he obtained it illegally.

There will always be bullying, but our society does not have to view it as accpetable as it does now. It should be something that is looked down upon and should be punishable by a fairly strict penalty in schools.

What kind of new gun laws do you propose to keep bad guys from buying guns legally?

Do you know there are flea markets all over the country that you can go to and pay cash for a gun with no background check what so ever?

In W.V., Ohio, Kentucky, & Pennsylvania I know for sure that there is a variety type magazine out where you can buy cars, boats, motorcycles, and also guns WITHOUT A BACKGROUND CHECK!

It would be easier for me to go on the street and buy a gun than it would to buy weed.
