Everyone is busy, everyone lives a busy life in this day and age.. but eating healthy shouldn't be a chore, there's many ways to eat the right way without going through some insane methods and really.. all you need is to workout an hour a day. Mostly cardio if you're looking to lose weight.. | |

Doesn't matter how long to start with, just get out and do it (or on a treadmill if you can). It's the best exercise for shedding weight and, where it helps me is if I do it around an hour before I'd be due to have my main meal. No one ever wants to eat a lot after exercise so it lessens the amount you'll pig down in the evening as well. | |

If it's not in my house, I won't go out and buy it. I hate food shopping. I bring only a little bit of money to school every day, only to buy coffee. That way I don't buy junk at school on impulse. | |

We're all human and we're all going to have moments of cheating with binge food it's just a question of minimizing the cheating and only doing it "once in awhile" to stay on track. The best advice I can give is set a realistic goal for yourself (ie. "I will weigh XXX on XX/XX/XX") and do your best to meet it. You can measure your success by that. If you have trouble setting that goal visit a local gym or fitness place. Most will give you a fitness evaluation for free and help you define where you should be at. They're good at answering questions too. | |

I would WAY over eat, and it wasn't with the healthiest of foods. Soooo, I made a deal with my boss who has gestational diabetes to basically go on a diet with her. I think we're on something like the sonoma diet. You gotta find what will motivate you or make you stick to your diet. If it's encouragement from others, then seek out those who will help you. | |
