A lot of things have me motivated. Health is an issue. Of course, I like to look at myself in the mirror.. and umm.. I like being complimented by the opposite sex because if a chick thinks you look good.. shit, that's half the battle. and now you know. GOOOOOOOOOOOOO JOOOOOOOOOOOOEEEEEE!
