"heeeey terry, what's up!?"

I go into seclusion a lot. I'm not really a fan of people, so I get that quite often when I do come out of my house. But sometimes, sometimes, I get that from people that I don't know. Usually I try to play it off, because if they know me, I have to know them. I hope that eventually something in the conversation will hit me and make me remember their name. But sometimes I don't.

One time this guy I went to high school with was like "what's up Terry!" And I'm like, "dude, kyle what's going on!"

It would've been all good, except his name was Kurt. I felt like a total jackass.

I don't want to know what people are up to from high school except the people I still hang out with. One of my friends pisses me off because it seems though everytime we're in a store we run into someone from high school and he just has to stand there and talk to them for 15 minutes or so about what they've been up to, etc.. Who the hell gives a shit? Honestly, I don't care if there was a high school reunion and someone bombed the shit out of it. Not to sound like a cold hearted son of a bitch, it just really wouldn't affect my life a whole lot. So what..we went to high school together? You want a cookie?
