I would hire a group of Scientists, Car designers, Air Craft designers, or who ever else I would need to build a car that is invisible to radar. If they can make an aircraft invisible on the radar screen, surely they can make a car that is immune to radar. It would probably look something like the stealth bombers with all sorts of different angles that would just make the radar the bounce off. Then I would drop in about a 500 horse power engine and drive however fast I wanted too because the only way they could catch me would be to follow behind me with their car and gauge me with their speedometer or by pacing me from a helicopter. Either way it would be difficult for them.

Either that or I would get them to make me a flying car so I could just get away from the Cop's when they try to pull me over for speeding.

In conclusion: Speed Limits Suck.

It shouldn't be that expensive.

A car is much smaller than a plane, and they wouldn't have to put the stealth angles on the bottom of the car. I would say it could be done for a few million + the costs to pay the designers.
