So we've all heard stories about bosses who are major dickheads, while others are totally cool and laid back. So discuss your boss with us.

Is he (or maybe it's a she?) a prick who won't let you do anything, or watches your every move? Maybe you rarely see them and they let you do your own thing.

Have they thrown a chair across a room in a meeting, or just outright fired someone in front of you?

Before you answer, look over your shoulder and make sure your boss isn't behind you.

I don't think we should be governing ourselves. What we need is a king, and every now and then if the king's not doing a good job, we kill him.

I haven't met our company's boss and we only get to talk to our project manager. He's pretty nice and since he's not that old, we get along with him and even joke around.

Ive got like......9 bosses. My Main boss is pretty cool, and the others range from nice people to complete incompetent douchebags.

Im not sure about my boss yet as Ive only been working for him for 2 weeks. Hes pretty quiet and laid back, so thats a good thing. But on the down side, the staff run riot a little which means I have to be more of a bitch to keep them under control, which I dont like being.

The Half Boy

My boss is fine when were out of work, but he pisses me off when we are working. He's just a total hypocrite. Two days ago one of my co-workers was about 4 or 5 minutes late for a class thing, and he ripped him a new one.

This morning, however, my boss, who was supposed to start at 6.30 with me, rolled in at 7.20, had three cigarette breaks before 9.30, and helped himself to a big chunk of food. He actually started doing work at about 10. The fat midget fuck.

Nice guy, family is related to the Churchill's (the great leader not the Motor Insurance people!). He was wed in the House of Commons and could have been wed at House of Lords too, but he's not remotely conceited. Nice, grounded guy.

I tend to find this a lot, that basically snobbery comes from people that are insecure in their class in life and have risen above their "station". People that are genuinely from very well-to-do backgrounds and long standing upper crust families tend to be very uneffected.
