I hate it when my legs aren't smooth, I shave them every day, even in the winter. Thus I have become very good at it. I rarely cut myself, but when I do, it's usually on the back of the ankle.

I never ever cut myself. I use a Mach 3. No razor bumps or anything. I guess I have tough skin or something...

I cut my wrist once when I was shaving my arms. It bled quite a bit for such a small cut..

I'm not good at shaving. That's why I use an electric most of the time.

I use a Gillete MPower or what ever it is. The original vibrating razor they had. The vibration helps a whole lot while shaving. Closer shave then an regular blade. I get a close shave until the blade dies on me. I never cut my face, only twice that I can recall. One was a small nice, another was a never ending bleed from a nick. I do get razor burn on the bottom middle of my neck all the time though. Not sure why though.
