| Re: Relaxation Techniques Replying to these threads is something I find very hard cause I dont tend to get worked up to the point where I need a relaxation technique. I think when Im actually angry, i tend to pace. i walk up and down and back again. It must work it out of me, cause it works. Really had to scratch head to remember, lol | |||||||||||||||
