Growing Older

The only thing that's making me feel older is having to work full time during the summer. This is the first time I've done it and I really hate it. Plus I get stuck working Friday and Saturday nights so late I can't go out after and it really sucks. That is the only thing I hate so far about being older is having to work and not just be able to fuck around getting drunk 7 days a week and doing what I want when I want.

Im only 19 but i feel like 24-26.

I have a full time job, a long term relationship with my gf, a lot of bills. Sometimes I forget that I am even 19.

I am a little scared to grow up. I wish I could still not have a job, and my biggest worry in life is what to wear when I wake up. But it is just something everyone needs to deal with. I am sure when I turn 30 I will freak out a little bit though.

I'm afraid I must say. Yeah.. I'm only 24 but it feels like just yesterday I was graduating high school. Seriously, the 1st 18 years of my life felt like they took forever but the last 6 have just flown by..

Hopefully, I'll soon end up with the job I want and maybe settle down, though I do enjoy going out still as you can see..

There are certain things that have happened in my life like having my house repossessed when i was 17 {2 weeks before my 18th} really made me grow up and take notice of things going around me.


I do feel that people do grow up far too quickly which is why i'm experiencing things i never did much of when i was younger like going out clubbing with friends which is good as its making me feel a little younger and not the dizzy 22 i am
