We've all heard the saying: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Yeah, alright, but how many of us have it on a daily basis? Maybe you are good and sit down every morning with milk/juice, some cereal, a piece of fruit, etc....or do you just grab an oatmeal bar on your way out?
Maybe you just skip the meal altogether?
For me, it depends on how late I'm running that day. If I have time, I'll have a bowl of cereal. Then somedays I'll have a Slimfast shake. Other times, like today, I ran out grabbing a can of Diet Coke.
So what are your breakfast rituals?
And now, here it is...your moment of Carlin (12/3/2008)
Violent American movies like Die Hard, Terminator, and Lethal Weapon do very well in places like Canada, Japan, and Europe. Very well. Yet these countries do not have nearly the violence of the United States. In 1989, in all of Japan, with a population of 150 million, there were 754 murders. In New York City that year, with a population of only 7.5 million, there were 2,300. It's bred in the bone. Movies and television don't make you violent; all they do is channel the violence more creatively.
yea lol they aren't too bad. i like the breakfast burritos at mcdonalds they are pretty good. then at bk i get the enormous omellete which is a heart attack waiting to happen.
Usually a bowl of healthy cereral or a bowl of oatmeal and Instant Breakfast is sufficient before work. On the weekends, after working out, I usually make some eggs, bacon or sausage, and some toast.
I usually grab a Cadburys brunch bar or an oatmeal cookie and guzzle down some apple juice. Otherwise I get a bit faint.
If I'm on holiday in a hotel though I'll have bacon, sausage and beans. I think it's just that I can't be arsed on a morning. And I'd rather have the time in bed than make stuff.
I don't usually eat breakfast food that much. Sometimes I will eat some cereal but most of the time if I have to get up early I eat lunch food for breakfast. I'll eat a turkey sandwich with some chips, or a tv dinner or something.
Every now and then I will drop by McDonalds and get a Sausage and Egg Biscuit.
The destruction of the past is perhaps the greatest of all crimes.

If I have a 15-to-20-minute window before I have to leave (sometimes less than that, though it never works out well), I'll eat three poached eggs on buttered toast and a few slices of bacon, or sometimes sausage. Coffee, too, lots of it.
But if I sleep in, I usually don't grab anything. It's all or nothing for me. Wherever I'm going, though, whether it's work or school, I'll pick up a coffee and muffin if possible.
