So does your job ever get to stressful (or boring) that you just have to get away for a while?
Maybe you head to your car and take a nap, or just head to the bathroom for a while for some "alone time" to get away from the phones, customers, bosses, whatever.
Maybe a 2 hour "out of the office" lunch sometimes? Head to the "back room" and hide around in some boxes? Or you could do what I'm doing now. I just found an empty conference room on the top floor and am surfing Monks. I just needed a break.
So come on slackers, tell me your sneaky stories. I know you have them.
We have a document storage room which is totally sweet. It's all white, really bright, and kept at a constant temperature of about 60 degrees. I just go in there. Or I hide out in the bathroom for about 15 minutes.

There are plenty of ways to hide around the school but people are starting to catch on when you're gone for a good half hour..
Our offices are really split up, so we have an instant message system that most people use to communicate and keep track of others. I just put the "I'm currently in a meeting" message up and no one cares.
Now that I'm working in the produce department I just go hid in the produce cooler for like 20 -30 minutes whenever I feel the need. LOL I get to close by myself everyday this week!
I don't really have much of a chance to do things like that.
Maybe 10 mins sitting in the toilets but thats about it, they really hound you about personals and breaks at my work which sucks.
