I swear I'm like bi-polar. Certain things will just set me off for really no reason ... usually it's stuff I do to people all the time. It bothers me a bit. I'm trying to work on it, but it's hard to change yourself.
I can have quite a bad temper. I can usually calm myself down by making a lot of noise. Usually kicking something or throwing it. I'm pretty sure even at work is at least a little scared of me. One of the metal tables is bent in the middle from where I kicked it, and I have no clue as to the number of trays I've bent out of shape after I throw them at the wall.
My real problem is that when I get really angry, I get so worked up that I start to cry, so everyone thinks I'm upset, when really I'm just about ready to rip off somebody's chrome dome.
So if i see you crying at the meet up i'll just slowly back away To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
As for me, i only get angry if its something to get angry about like someone driving into my car, i do get told to calm down but thats about the only time i do get angry and turn all nasty To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

I rarely get angry, very very rarely indeed. And when I do, its usually over with within 5 minutes, if that. I tend to be a little like Half Boy - I get so angry, that I cry, therefore people think Im upset which makes me angrier cause I dont want them to think im upset an I cry more. Its a vicious circle

I have chilled so much since I was in my late teens and early 20s. I don't get loud and kick and throw things anymore, if I'm pissed I'll go to the gym or play on my drums to work it out, other than that I store it up until Thursdays or Sundays and then pad up and play football. Playing football helps me get my aggression out at the weekends, then I'm pretty chilled during the week.
I swear to god the last time I blew my temper was playing Madden 07 on All Pro going for the shut out acheivement and Reggie Bush returned a TD on the last play of the game. Furious I was, utter furious.
In public I don't show my temper. With people I don't know, I don't show my temper.
At home, I show my temper. I have a pretty bad one. I have punched the wall, kicked a car, etc.....

I can let things bottle up a little and then I'll explode at something, but it'll usually be "at the TV" or something else inanimate!
So just like most old people then To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
