Several people have used the poem I nicked my sig from as there last words, some are crazy, some are pretty famous. (Tim McVeigh recited Invictus as his final statement.)

Jefferson Lives is a pretty good one for all you US History buffs

That one is the most interesting as the entire speech let much of France in confusion thinking that they wrongfully convicted him. Rumor has it that he normally had trouble talking in public, with a terrible lisp, but at that speech he extremely well spoken.
