How the World will end?

I think the world is going to be in a huge crisis, with the shortage of oil, water and maybe even global warming. And I think he world will com to an end December 21, 2012; So don't bother with your Christmas shopping.

TBH i think all this talk about the world ending in anyones life time on this forums is aload of shit, sorry for swearing but this is one of these things that bug me.

The world will not end till long after everyone alive today is dead. The world will end when the big crunch happens. End of. Not by a massive war or not by watr running out or crap like that.

I guess people have been talking about this for hundreds of years, so it won't go away.

I have no clue, probably something to do with the climate or an asteroid, and I presume Bruce Willis will save us.

For me personally, I think it will end the very second I die!!

I believe it will end just the way the Bible states. And considering the way the world is today, I think it will be sooner than later.

I think what's going to happen is that the sun will turn into a red giant, however scientists will see this coming by the decreased sun light & UV rays. In attempt to avoid being eaten up as the sun turns into a red giant, the Chinese government (by the time this happens, everything will be under Chinese control) will strap giant rockets to the Earth to move it away, and into a different galaxy. The plan works until the Earth runs into dark matter on the way to our new galaxy and explodes.

I believe in the bible version but I believe heaven will be something a little different than just a place where people hang out and be happy, I think it is also a learning station where souls go and learn about the universe and it's many secrets. I also have a good feeling that space itself is heaven considering that only the earth is supposed to be destroyed, and I don't believe god would waste so much space like that. There's much more than meets the eye when it comes to the universe and we can see more of it if we open our minds and project our thoughts into the universe as a whole.
