I had an awesome blackened and seasoned 26-oz. rib-eye from this famous restaurant, Angelo & Maxie's here in NYC on Saturday night. I got it medium. It was fucking delicious.
Me and my co-workers go out for steaks at the Palm (another famous place...they have them in most big cities) once every few months. It's good...
I will eat it anywhere from Medium Rare to Medium Well. I dont mind it if its a little undercooked or overcooked, as long as its tender. I hate rubber like meat.
I love the Outback. I have never been disappointed there. My mom gave me 150 bucks of Gift Certificates for Christmas and my birthday (my b-day is Dec26) as a combo gift and I used it all up in two visits before January 1st. haha. The 25 ounce beers are a nice little treat too. The trick is to finish them before they get warm.......and they get warm rather quickly.
It's about time......now bring on his next fued....
