Thats my argument aswell. Recently I read that theyve discovered another planet in another solar system that has water vapour on it. I think its highly feasible that there is another planet of the same size as ours, the same distance from its sun, with a similar atmosphere. Im not suggesting that its like a parallel universe out there with another planet identical to earth, but there has to be some form of life. Give me one reason why not.

People will always try to deny it because of lack of good evidence, (talk about a closed and ignorant mind) and they think that everyone that has been abducted or seen a UFO is just seeing things or is just crazy, talk about "logical" reasoning.

As for the planets argument again I'm not buying. When NASA come out and say, hey we think there may be life out there then i'll listen, until that day its all heresay and conjecture.

As for people denying things because of lack of evidence, give me a reason why I should believe in something which cannot be proven? What benefit comes from unfounded concepts and beliefs. You can have an open mind whilst still demanding evidence. Sure we still find out new stuff everyday but I think something as prominent as a ghost or UFO would have been proven by now.

All the new historical findings are nothing groundbreaking, sure we might find out that a dinosaur had three vertebrae insteasd of 4 or that the Romans used tungsten instead of steel for surgical instruments, but these are small fry and there hasn't been a MAJOR earth changing discovery in history for a long, long time.

EDIT - Also ignoring theories because there is no evidence is the perfect example of logical reasoning, it would illogical do otherwise.

And just because YOU have not seen it yet does not mean it dosent exist and just because it has not been proven yet by so called "science" does not mean it dosent exist.

I love when people do this on this board, you argue with someone, can't take the heat and then run to the hills claiming idiocy. The Nazi Point was related to your obsurd argument that only following evidence is close minded. That was how the Nazis used evidence which shows just how wrong on that you are.

And again you keep making the point that I am wrong because I don't believe in other life forms, like I said if you want to persuade give me facts. NASA don't think there is life on Mars at all, I just looked it up, they are sending cameras up to Mars to see if they can find an under earth water source which would suggest that Mars COULD SUPPORT life. Big, big difference.

And like I said at least twice, if you want to believe, be my guest, but it'll take some solid facts to convince me.

NASA was looking for life on Mars and on the Moon, They had an idea that Life could be on the moon a few years ago when they acquired satellite images of buildings that were on the surface and when they found water on mars they sent up cameras to search for possible life.

And yes it is idiotic to compare me to a Nazi, what the hell does that have to do with the argument? barely anything so it tells me your really reaching when you say something as stupid as that.

Invictus, we don't have the ability to explore any planets out of our solar system, what I am saying is use your brain. There are millions of stars out there, every star has a number of planets, each planet has an opportunity for life.
To think the earth is the only planet that can support life is riddiculous. We only have a sample size of nine planets and one has life on it. Out of the other countless millions there is no life, probably not!

Our ideas of the word evidence is different apparently, I see plenty of reason to believe in EBE's and you however do not, if you actually do more research you may find that there's plenty of reason to believe that there is other forms of life out there but believe what you want, I'll leave it as that.
