My friend used to wake in the night to see a manly figure floating in the corner. He never used to do anything, just float there and look at her. But she said she never felt scared, just kind of calm. She later figured out that he always appeared whenever she was stressed about something, as if he was watching over her.

What do you make of that? A vision born of a stressful mind?? Or more?

Yes I have had experiences with the paranormal/spiritual but they are really personal experiences and I rather not discuss them here.

That's too hard to say considering we don't know the facts, like the history of your friend, the history of her home, all of those come to play when investigating ghosts.

I've seen spiders above my bed before when I've woken up but I'd put it down to stress or a tired mind.

For me ghosts and UFO believers are like conspiracy theorists, they just need something to believe in. Fair enough, do what you want, but I'm not buying.

My mom was telling me this story of a friend that for like 3 nights in a row during the middle of the night the cops would visit her house saying someone called us and gave us this adress (this lady lived by herself sauf her dog). She said she had been sleeping but 911 showed up on the telephone.

She also had an experience with taps turning on at night. Like her bath tub would turn on in the middle of the night and shite like that.

Edit: I admit I studied a bit in the fields of UFO's/EBE's and ghosts but not enough to write countless paragraphs about them, but I would love to see your side of the story and what facts you have and I'll try my best to argue them.

My side of the story is that in 2000 years of History not one credible shred of evidence has emerged which suggest that ghosts/ufos exist. Until someone shows me a solid piece of evidence I don't believe that they exist.

I dont believe in ghosts but I would bet my balls that there is life on another planet. Our sun has 8 (9 if you count pluto) planets around it with 1 having life. There are millions of stars which we have seen not to mention the ones we can't see. That means there are millions of planets out there. There must be another planet which is able to sustain life. I am not saying that ufo's have been to earth, or that there is intelligent life forms out there, but I would bet that there is some kind of life on another planet.
