After doing a ton of research, test driving about 15 different cars I finally found one that I really like, one that marks pretty high in reliability and, most important, one that I can afford.
A 2003 Honda Accord with 46,500 miles on it. The car literally looks brand new still. The previous owner left a pretty detailed maintenance history, with frequent oil changes, all the service bulletins taken care of. The only thing I've had to do was lube the belt because it had a little squeak in it. Other than that, the car is practically perfect. Engine is almost silent, it just emits an ever so slight grow when it reaches 3,000 RPM mark.
I was able to get it for $13,900. Tinting the windows actually doesn't sound like too bad of an idea. The windows in my Jeep came tinted from the factory, and it looks pretty slick.
Those bastards... They went and put the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car...

I don't know about that. The only real difference would be if you had a stick shift, in which case, my torque converter would be the cause of some power loss.
However, the GT is still down 35 HP, and lacks the VTEC technology, which means my peak power band is much larger than yours.
