I don't think they should have been charged with stalking though, just a simple "We'll look into it" would suffice and of course they would not have looked into it. It would make the people who complained feel better though, no use in all this negative publicity for your police force. | |

There would be no way I would charge the couple with stalking unless, they began trying to black mail neighbors. Trust me things like that do happen and people are that ignorant. But if they were just putting up the equipment for a few laughs I would care less. I would just think the couple obviously had to much time on their hands. | |
