New details give insight into what happened Thursday afternoon along Highway 79 south, just outside of Pine Bluff. Arkansas State Police say Dopson was driving her Ford Explorer and passed a stopped school bus.

According to Sims, Elizabeth and her brother got off the bus. As she was crossing the street, that's when Sims says Dopson hit her.

That would fucking suck. Kind fot he same thing happened to one of my friends. He was driving those go-peds and got hit by a car. KI can understand her gettting charged onacouna he was going over the speed limit. Yet people who press charges on people for hitting a kid on accident should be the ones thrown in jail. It's not liekt hey could do anyhtign about it.
