When can video games become life threating

The PlayStation 3 line stories keep getting more over the top. 15 to 20 people waiting in line at a Putnam, Connecticut Wal-Mart were robbed by two teenagers in ski masks brandishing a handgun and shotgun, according to the Associated Press.

The robbers arrived around 3:00AM this morning and demanded money from the crowd.

"One of the patrons resisted. That patron was shot," said state policeman Lt. J. Paul Vance.

The gunmen took off shortly after and the victim was taken to University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester. The victim's condition is still unknown at this point

Wow....people getting shot just for a system thats sad. I really hope these 2 kids get what they deserve in the long run...I hope the ps3s they jacked dont work...lmao >.>

James I don't think they were shot for the system it was the fact that those people (I refuse to say teenager as if they were wearing a ski mask how would you know) had ps3's it was that they knew the people there had a shitload of money on them and it would be easy to steal it.

But some body is a bit I think you know what. But every body cant have money but rob a crowd insted of a bank thats strange.

^^^ Well with all those people waiting in line and them you know caring $600 dollars in cash, why not rob it, you have better change of getting people outside than robbing the bank...it's like you point a gun at someone they are going to give you the money...you can't point a gun at a steel locked case and it just hand you the money, this just to show, that....

THESE ARE LAZY ROBBERS!

They can't work hard and get it, they do the simple way to get out of it, show the gun and grab the money, at least with the bank, you have a bit of a game in it...

well when theres a bunch of guys with a lot of money waiting to purchase a PS3 its heaven for robbers, sure it is quite pathetic and sad but things like this happen. sure they got away with it for now and hopefully it doesnt happen again, afterall who wants to die trying to purchase something theyve been waiting for for ages cause of some stupid people demanding money??

ps why does it seem like there was lack of security??
