Rep Power: 78   | Is tanning gay? Ok, here's the story. In the winter, if I don't tan I am really fucking pale white. All the women I know tend to like guys with a nice tan, so when someone says that tanning is gay.. I have to disagree. I'm just doing it to be "more attractive". Ya heard? | |

In the summer, just lay outside and tan more, or work outside, run with your shirt off, etc. I know a bunch of guys do it, I just think it's a little odd for a guy to care THAT much about his appearance. Metro-sexual, as I've heard it called. | |

I don't see why it's ok for a chick to tan, it's almost weird where I live if a chick doesn't tan but a guy.. Oh no it's gay. Well, let me tell you, there are a shitload of guys with tans and it's not natural, so they're obviously doing something even if it's not discussed. | |

Being 50% Hungarian does help, and I don't really need to "fake bake" or even lay out to get a tan because mine never goes away, lol. Yeah, I agree it's unfair that guys are looked at being "gay" for going to a tanning booth. However, girls are looked at as being "sluts" for having sex with a guy, while it's perfectly fine for guys to do it. Maybe that's the double-standard. | |
