I don't get much sleep on workdays either. For some reason I sleep better during the day. I am very tired. I had 4 hrs sleep broken up in 3 and 1 hr naps.

i used to sleep in between my split shifts but that fucks me up worse. Cuz then i will wake up and i think it is the next day.

I had the same problem, but the best and easiest fix possible is to get a cd with thunderstorm music or something like that playing in the background... focus on the noise and you'll just pass out. It works for me.

I always have to have to t.v. on at night. That seems to keep me from thinking about what is going on in the real world and focus on the t.v. Before long I am asleep.

I do that. I always fall asleep with it on. And on the weekends I always pass out with it on and wake up half drunk with something ridiculous on.

I usually can't sleep with the TV off. Altough, I have trouble with it off or on, but it relaxes me to have it on.

I can fall asleep with the tv on but at some point during the night it's going to wake me up, unless I'm piss drunk.
