Are you a natural "worrier"? Do things fester and worry you as you go about your day to day life??

Are you a "water off a ducks back" type of Californian surfer dude?

Personally, I'm not really much of a worrier and, if I ever am, it'll be something that'll effect my sleep. It's rare, but if I am worried about anything, it'll keep me awake in the middle of the night. Things always seem to seem much much worse at 3am than at noon!!

I was chatting to my best friend about what our best qualities are and she says that mine is, I have the ability to shut out a problem or thought if its bothering me, she stresses for hours and it keeps her awake at night and is grumpy all day. Whereas me, i can forget about it when I have to, like when Im at work, and nothin ever keeps me awake at night. I guess this is why I am so happy all the time, I never have anything bugging me.

Yeah I worry and stress about things too much maybe. Mainly money related manners. I hate debt and I want to kill it and the wife has taken an alliance with it... *takes another Excedrin migrane*

I do worry about random "stuff" a lot. Like "Will I get up on time this morning", "How is my fantasy team doing today?", "Will Slim EVER get laid..by a woman?" But seriously....some stuff does keep me up at night because I know it's looming for the next morning, but for right now I just have to try and sleep..which can be tough.

I would have replied sooner to this thread but I was "worried" you wouldn't like my response.

I don't worry, I evaluate and plan. If a problem has a deadline you have that amount of time to best plan for how to deal with it. So rather than worry for 3 days I am usually thankful I have 3 days to consider an action to solve it. When you think this way it makes you just as relaxed as the laid back way however you don't fuck up.

i think so much it makes my head hurt!

i contemplate everything, i play out situations in my head down to the last detail. how i think something will go, how bad it will turn out! what will go wrong, why i will fuck up.. etc...
