I quite enjoy taking a dump or taking a piss. Is that wrong?

Something feels good about it. It's a natural thing.

It's also a nice little zen activity. Nothing like going into the stalls and work and taking a giant crap. It really clears the mind up. I highly suggest it.

Does anyone else get emotionally and spiritual satisifcation out of going shit?

I don't like having to a take a crap at work. I only like to do that at home.

I don't like taking a crap in public bathrooms at all. I'm not a germophobe, but I don't like the idea of sitting down on a public toilet.

I often like to read when I am sitting on the can.

There have been times when I have had to go at school so I usually go in the library and go either in the basement or on the 3rd floor, no one ever visits those bathrooms and it is peaceful. I will watch my ipod while I go since I learned to put dvds on it.

Yes I agree, taking a shit is truely a sacred moment. It's easy to do, but hard to master... Taking the perfect shit is the type where no wiping is necessary. I've only done it a handful of times, and I always check. Now, being able to take the perfect shit is one thing, but having the confidence to not check at all after you're done is quite another. I fear that is one technique long lost in the history of human civilization.

I never like shitting in public because I know people are as cruel as I am.. For instance, when I go take a piss and some dude is dropping a big one, I laugh out loud at him.

The other day though I was in a real pickle. I had just gotten to work and I really had to crap. There was no way I could hold it for 7 hours, so I found a nice little bathroom in the corner of the building somewhere where I knew nobody would be and I let it fly. The rest is history.

The rest of the day felt pretty damn good.

I think the worst is when you are at work and you are just trying to hold it. If you are at a job where you stand up all the time then you are screwed, I think you can get away if you get to sit down to keep it in.
