I've only seen T2, a few of those I am interested in seeing though.

Visit and shop for video games at my Amazon-based store, also get discounted HD DVDs while they last.

I have heard that Donnie Darko is good.

I might check that out some time.

Hypocrisy at it's worst!

Here's the ones I've seen. And recommend (highlighted in bold)

2001: A Space Odyssey
Alien
All About Eve
City of God - This movie is great. One of the best you'll ever see.
Donnie Darko - Also a kick ass movie, most of you will never understand it, I still don't.
Erin Brockovich - I could so without this movie, Julia Roberts playing a bitch
Fight Club - Book and movie kick ass
Hero - Is this the Jet Lei one? I like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon better.
Ladykillers, The - the original, or Coen Bros?
Lost in Translation - It's ok
Mulholland Drive - Real Fucking mind twist
Player, The - Great movie, one of Tim Robbins best. Perfect dark comedy. See it.
Pulp Fiction - Great movie. Great story and dialogue.
Raising Arizona- I love this movie, but some people will get turned off by the White Trasheness.
Royal Tenenbaums, The - One of my favorite movies.
Scarface - It's ok.
Shawshank Redemption, The - Good movie
Terminator 2: Judgement Day - Great movie. Go Arnold.
Trainspotting - If you do not like drug movies, don't see it.

I just watched The Shawshank Redemption... awesome film. Guess I have another 49 to go.

I watched that program on channel 4, I think It was on saturday night. I only watched about an hour because the only film i'd heard of in that hour was T2

I can't believe See No Evil isn't on that list.

Wow guys, you haven't seen Shawshank Redemption, or Pulp Fiction?

I watch very few movies, but I've seen:

Breakfast Club, The
City of God
Donnie Darko
Fight Club
Heavenly Creatures
Lost in Translation
Pulp Fiction
Royal Tenenbaums, The
Scarface
Shawshank Redemption, The
Trainspotting

And they're all pretty good films. I've had a lot of issues with Fight Club and Donnie Darko (I don't follow movie plots well, and I'm still not convinced either makes sense), but I still enjoyed both.

I'm a little disappointed by how recent the vast majority of these choices are. Was the only criteria "movies you gotta see", or was there some other stipulation?
