What are you like when you're out with your friends, just make up some if you don't have any, when you go out for a meal.

I'm always likely to say "no fucking about, I'll pay on my card and you guys bung me some cash for what you had". It's just the way (unfortunately) I am in that my father always made me the kind of guy that buys the first round and strenuously avoids trying to get a "tight git" rep from people.

It's not a good thing, I'd rather save money and be tight!

Agreed. Dak, you gotta explain this if you've somehow duped the system.

I'm still young and poor, so there's always a big struggle at restaurants as all my friends and I try to round up enough cash for our meals. Usually we end up pissing all the waiters off, and having to pay with debit individually.
