Public talking

I have to do it at work from time, but have you ever had to get up and speak in public (preferably not in a court of law). I've also been a best man once as well and love doing this, but understand some people hate it.

What's your take on this or do you just not give a crap!!

I used to hate it but now I don't mind so much. I've had to do a few presentations in Uni so I've got quite used to it. However I've learned I can't ad-lib all that well so I need to know exactly what I'm going to say otherwise I just jumble my words up and look like a right prick.
Edge will rise again...

Only in college class one time. I hate it.

I don't like public speaking, but I can get through it if I know what i'm gonna say ahead of time(although i'm still nervous as hell).
Visit and shop for video games at my Amazon-based store, also get discounted HD DVDs while they last.

I do it quite a bit. Giving presentations at work, meetings, for some school stuff. I enjoy it. My speech teacher used to love me because I'd make an absolute ass of myself during impromptu speeches that she'd make us do. She claimed it made the overall class a lot more fun or something.

Well I am, generally rad in every way, so of course this is no big deal to me. I approach it in the same way I'd talk to a person beside me. An ugly person, otherwise I'll start talking about breasts yet again.

I have to do plenty at university, I also used to have a "bit" when I spoke infront of 30/40 journalists in an office I worked in. That, I admit, is a bit more nerver wrecking, because youre putting out journalistic ideas and some of them are risky but you have to present them strongly and positively or it just sounds pathetic, you cant be like "Well, I was thinking erm... we could do a report, stop me if this sounds bad because haha, I just thought of it in like 5 mins and wrote it down I swear, but-" like a girl my age used to do.

It was horrific to watch. But she had a fine pair of breasts. Which lead my speech to discussing about breasts again. Which was horrific to watch.
Give it time
