I dont know man, personally, I like to wash twice with Shampoo, and then finish the job off with a spot of conditioning. Its what gets my hair so lovely.

I used to have dreadlocks so there was a time I needed like two hands fulll of conditioner to take out the knots, but these days my hair is shorter so I go for the complete body/hair wash all in one!

I use some fruity smelling shampoo I like, herbal essence, garnier fructis, or loreal. I don't use conditioner. My hair is too kick ass for some ***** ass conditioner shit. Not that fruity shampoo isn't pretty gay anyways. But it makes my hair shiny and it smells purty, ahyahayhya
