My knee hurts and it feels as if there is some sorta liquid by the knee cap. Some sorta fluid. Is this even possible?

No, I don't think that's it. It certainly feels like fluid.

It's not like I play baseball or anything though, I don't get it.

I do try and give myself oral sex quite often. I usually just end up with a neck ache though. Or rolling off the couch.
