US taking away our freedom?

From what I heard on the news late last night, US is checking cell phones and home phones numbers that you recieve and dial trying to see if they are linked to any terrorists type convos do they listen to our phone call conversations? Probably, they say they don't, but how can we trust them after everything they have done to us. Did you know that April was the second richist month in the history of the US Government? yeah.........AT OUR EXPENCE! Bills, bills, bills and taxes can't forget about taxes, my dad has to pay almost $3,000 in taxes, plus the house bills, lets just say he pays more money on bills then he recieves at work! At this rate in about 3 years we'll be living in a box under a bridge next to that fat old man who smells like urine! boy thats the American dream and all thanks to the US government. Point is while we try our hardest to make a respectable dollar, they try to think up new ways to take it away from us and now our privacy is beeing taken away from us with the whole phone thing. I like to compare the US to marriage, it looks good from the outside looking in, but when you're in you want out. Do you agree with the US in "tracking" our phone calls and decision on their "terrorists investigation"?

haha actually happiness in marriage depends on the person you marry.

Anyways, meh... really I don't give a damn if they listen to my conversations... nothing they can get out of it. Plus I hardly use the phone. It is just like the internet, only they know who you are.

as far as the US taking away our freedom, its not... bush is and as far as geting our freedoms taken away, jesous crist o-mighty its not bushes privicy geting invaded, he probly has armed bodygaurds if that happens, so untill he walks a mile in our shos, he can take his "investigation" and shove it.
