Rep Power: 58   | Competitive eating Do any of you guys ever watch this? I watch the Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog eating championship every year on the fourth of July. They actually have a belt for the champion and everything. The champion for the last five years has been a guy named Takeru Kobayashi from Japan. Kobayashi holds the world record with 53 and ½ Nathan’s Famous hot dogs and buns in 12 minutes. This guy is like 140 pounds, I don't see how he does it. Pretty amazing when you think about it, but also pretty stupid as well So what do you think of competitive eating. . | |

Rep Power: 58 | Yeah I saw the show. Pretty sad, it showed one guy who just sat in his apartment and ate till he got sick trying to train to beat Kobayashi and then in the contest he didn't eat half as many hot dogs as him. | |
