LOL true. this week i have ate very healthy. I've had wendy's twice. Mcdonalds dinner once. breakfast 2 times there. bk breakfast twice. KFC. 3 large italian subs. and drank a ton of beer and soda. overall it was a healthy week.

Rambo.....you're going to be going pretty quick from the 2Pac size to the Biggie size if you keep going like that. Thank god you've got the height thing to spread it out a bit.

LOL i know. I always tell myself to eat better but it never works. Its cuz the hours I work I don't get home until 8 at night during the week so by then I don't feel like making something to eat. So usually I go out and just get fast food.

I dunno, I've seen people who eat BK and shit all the time for years and don't gain weight.. They probably aren't healthy on the inside though.

I'd gain weight so I cut back on fast food.. If only I could stop drinking all together, but it won't happen.

Yea, I've been on the fast food diet for probably like the last 2-3 years at least 3 times a week and don't gain anything at all. My weight has basically been the same since I've stopped growing.
