I would have to say the Ida exit. This place was pretty crazy for a while.

Ida, this place became hell during that whole period. Unbanning longtime troublemakers(like Rambo), lashing out at everyone who also posted at Monks, and generally being a pain in the ass since he knew he wasn't going to be Admin much longer.

Visit and shop for video games at my Amazon-based store, also get discounted HD DVDs while they last.

In his defence I don't think he was lashing at everyone that posted at Monk's. After all I had the highest post count at Monks at the time!! He was always okay with me (shall I go and stand in the corner now)

He did tell me once that the people who left for monks were taitors or some sorta shit like that. Though I think he meant the mods and not me.

He was fairly disgraceful about his exit though.

To Ida's credit, he has stayed away from the forum, and he didn't try to re-claim his Admin spot in the Presidential elections (though he would've gotten his ass pummeled anyway, he could've dragged it on).

He did have SOME hate for me though. After giving up my mod spot (mainly because this place was beginning to suck and boring), Simon PM'd me the day after and told me to join Monks, Idaman asked me if I heard what the hell simon was up to, I lied and said that I dident know anything, Well he got tipped off by somebody, found out I joined and then gave me shit in the cowards thread...It went something like:

Thanks for lying to me Chewy I asked you a straight up question and you lied.

...Well something along those lines.

Lol... He could be pretty relentless if he didn't like you anymore!! I think he just worded things badly at times, I can't believe he seriously thought people were being "disloyal" on an internet forum!! I'd forgotten you were even a mod at that stage? There was a time when I think everyone was a mod.

I used to talk to Ida all the time on AIM and this is all I heard, all of the time. It took him forever to realize that I was in on it too. Hell, I pm'ed Simon and told him he should just start his own forum (though he thought of it all ready).

I'd have to say Ida's exit. Was getting really tiring seeing him rant on if someone, God forbid, disagreed with him about something. Plus the bannings/unbannings. He really needed to get over himself. Sheesh.

I'm actually a little surprised Ida wasn't more upset at me. i think he realized the position I was in, however. He also knows that it took a lot of time and effort on Simon's part to get me over to Monk's. I was very resistant at first.
