I feel like I'm at least twenty years older than everyone else.

Even Bulldog.

I can't get over the idea that someone is older than me on the Internet. I can't make the emotionally connection to my brain.

It's probably because I have a massive ego, which may or may not be some sort of cancer festering in my brain.

I'm not just talking about this message board. I'm talking about every message board, every single person I've talked to online. I never tend to feel that they are older than me.

Perhaps the truth is that I'm an 80 year old man on a message board. How the funk would you know, you haven't seen any pictures.

It's just a strange thought, for which I need to be held.

It's strange how we may view ourselves, actually feel, in conjunction to reality. That's all I'm saying.

Just a guy. Midwest complexion. Alone. city of millions.

Age on your birth certificate is irrelevant to how wise you are. I wouldn't think I were in the top three of "wise" people here, i.e people that have lived a lot and can speak to all others on the board.

I've "lived", but nowhere near to the level some of you have and are doing, so there are certain things that get discussed here where my point would be completely irrelevant because I lack the experience to comment on the subject.

Some posters on here (or that have been on here) are much more knowledgeable about certain things than I am even though they are (in some cases) considerably younger. For example, Miakal, Pink, TJ....I'm sure there are others.

So to sum up, Miakal...old, Jewish, black, Russian, gay and Korean is no way to go through life.

You seem wise in some areas, though not enough areas to really be noteworthy.

I don't know if it's about that though. I'm not sure what the issue is.

Perhaps it's because I've gone in too many AOL Teen Chats and it's distorted my ole fan wagon.

A lot of times, when I meet people in real life, I just assume they're older, for no reason. I don't know why. It happens with girls a lot too, especially at school. They ask what year I'm in, and I get all "aw, just 2nd," then they're like "kewl, I'm 1st-year," and I'm just like WTF. And they don't even look old.
