She is a great improvement over my old one as the organization skills are there and I am actually trusted to do my job now instead of being constantly monitored. I guess the excels on my yearly eval helped with the promotion too. lol My old boss just got demoted in the company so I guess I wasn't the only one who thought she was horrible. | |
