Like a person in the middle of the street who cant lift bags, or some old person who needed help crossing the street

Would you do it, or would you just make believe you didnt see them?

Yes I would help them, I generally help people by doing stuff like that as well as more common things like holding the door open for someone. I'm usually very polite and helpful to strangers.
Visit and shop for video games at my Amazon-based store, also get discounted HD DVDs while they last.

last semester I was in a school program where we would go visit old ww2 veterans sufferring from dementia..... and lemme say wow!!! i could write a whole book about my experience
